Refills

How the Refill Program Works:

  1. Purchase your set (if you don't already own one).
  2. Register your product by posting in your registration card, or through this website by clicking on the "register" tab above.
  3. Choose up to two colour replacements per month for each set you own. Currently this service is being offered for 12 months but it may be extended in the future. The refills are FREE!, you simply cover the cost or processing your order plus postage and packaging costs ($2.99 per colour).
  4. Each refill colour is shipped to you ready to replace in your existing pen sets. You simply unscrew the old colour from the connecting middle ring and screw your "refill" into place and you are ready to go!
